This is the new thread for posting reports of osprey sightings, whether on the internet, in the press or in real life.
For the benefit of any new or less frequent viewers, it might be helpful if the first person to refer to a regular online source of information, for example Faune-Aquitaine, provided a link and a brief explanation of what the site is about.
Let the migration season commence!
You are doing sterling work Alan - thanks - I don't have anything to add here but am so grateful for your observations and info
Thanks Cirrus. I am enjoying providing the information and it is great to see the number of ospreys en route.
Latest from the Gibralter migration site, Some ospreys mentioned notably 4 on 30th March.

01/04 18:06 OXFORDSHIRE : Osprey, Churn [S]one this morning
Alan, I would think the Churn sighting is of Beatrice. If you search for Churn on GE, it's an estate covering the area of the Oxfordshire Downs where she was photographed this morning (see her current page on Roy's site).
I thought it probably was Beatrice and I did have a look on GE. I could only find the river Churn and the positioning seemed slightly out. I will have another look now. Thanks Sue C. Meanwhile:
