Still cant get near to Rachel D's list at Binn Green. 30 minutes today during heavy sleet, hail and snow showers produced the following list. - BLUE TIT, GREAT TIT, LONG TAILED TIT, COAL TIT, SISKIN (Male and female), G.S.WOODPECKER (male and female),CHAFFINCH, GOLDFINCH, GREENFINCH, BRAMBLING (4- 3male 1 female),ROBIN,DUNNOCK,BLACKBIRD,MAGPIE, JAY (heard).A list 14 in all . Down at the sluice Yeoman Hey, 1 DIPPER. Down at Dove stone I met up with MANDY and CHRIS,RSPB Staff, who were very helpfull with advice and allowed me to share their scope to have a look at the Mountain hare and Fieldfare .Thanks very much to both of you.
