This morning saw me out clearing the snow away, not just off the paths but from the feeders and the water trays, changing the water for drinkable water.
Well done, Dave. I bet the birds appreciated your efforts.
I don't think the ungrateful beggars do appreciate what we do for them. I put tons of food out for them but they still poop on my car :)

lol at Galatas 's post :)
I thought it was supposed to be lucky if a bird pooped on you. Maybe the same applies to your car and it's the birds way of saying thanks! :)
Lol what about the sea gulls down in our harbour, we had friends visiting us, I told them we had the best fish & chips in the UK. My friend was about to throw a chip to the gulls, when I stopped him, two seconds later hey presto a great dollop of sea gull poo landed in his fish and chips.
Tartare Sauce perhaps?
great story Dave, i dont think its good luck, especially for my car, it gets targeted alot from the birds and i have nothing but trouble with my car! lol not lucky in my eyes. :-)
I agree there Daz, before we moved up Bempton Lane we lived on West Hill, and our house there was smack on a sea gull flight path, my motorhome and the wife`s car always got splatered, and it was always just after I had cleaned them. The old dear across the road used to feed them, mmmm it seemed just after I had cleaned the van and car lol.
lol sounds ominous that Dave, many a times driving through Brid and it sounds like someone has thrown something at the car as you drive along,
later on inspection your roof is like a McFlurry from McDonalds!!!! Damn seagulls lol
