Hello - This is a rather rushed first post but after a long time with nothing happening on the kestrel nest we came in this morning to find our surprise that the first egg has been layed! Very exciting! So I have switched the web cam over for the time being!
We are still keeping an eye on the buzzard nest so if they do decide to use it we will switch over to them!
But for the time being happy viewing of the kestrels
Michael
Ps - As this has happened quickly the web cam caption will still be for the feeder for a few days until I get the web team to change it over!
What a brilliant capture Birdsong :-) and so nice to see all 4 in a row together - the first time I've seen that!
Miss a couple of days at our peril now! Where is everybody? I can only see 1 and it is beautiful in full feathers :-)
What ashame there's a great splodge right in the middle of the cam. Must be a "misfire".
Just love them when they all stand in a row - love the way they plant their bright yellow feet and suddenly stare at the sibling next to them! :o)
Not easy to see through the 'smear' but these two are clear - definite movement behind smear, so hope all four are fine
Tiger and Chloe's Osprey Info
Three in a row with a fourth 'wingercising' at the back :-)
Let's hope any rain washes some of the smear off!
Well done for getting a lovely capture despite the 'smear' :-)
Yes, still watching! Two right near the edge of the box look huge so close to the camera :-)
Hi all - have been watching but not capturing pics for a while! They are so big & beautiful now - just love 'em...
Smear seems to be disappearing!

They must be ready to fledge soon? I was half expecting their departure over the weekend, imagine my delight when I tuned in to see them still there.....
Lovely photo Wendy, hope you are OK and your own Kestrels are flourishing :-)
