I have 2 beautiful finches visiting their Niger seeds. They will even come while i'm sat very near them.

That's a goldfinch you have there not a greenfinch.
I have had nyger seed in my garden for about three months and have yet to see a goldfinch on the feeder. I have seen them locally but not in my garden, shame as I think they are beautiful.

I have a lovely video of them both feeding while I was sat about 6' away but it's too large to upload to this website.

Absolutely beautiful picture, so fortunate to capture this, not sure if it's female/male. I had 2 in my garden earlier in spring but haven't seen any sinse, the niger seeds i had put out went so very quickly, some how i don't think it was all down to the 2 goldfinches!.
