This guy was one of a couple, swooped over a field at the bottom of the garden. Heavy like a hawk. Distinct white neck, then brown ring, then white belly. Dark brown back. This was the best picture I could get, not great. I’d appreciate suggestions
I would think its a Buzzard but best wait for others in the know
