Is this a Sparrowhawk?

Hope this question is in the correct forum, you have rather a lot to choose from!

Videoed this visitor this morning by security camera in my Derbyshire garden.  Quite large, bigger than a large pigeon, it spent at least 15 mins perched quite near ground level on some scrapped fence woodwork, apparently picking apart a smaller bird (I think) with the odd feather flying.  The garden is small but the birds are well fed and watered, hence we have a decent population to prey upon.  This chappie seemed quite bold and unbothered, given we inevitably attract cats.

Could it be a female Sparrowhawk?  We like birds and feed them, but don't know that much about them.  I've had to shorten the clip a lot to meet upload limits.

Thanks.
