Hi Forestlover, and welcome to the forum, which I'm sure you will enjoy.
I also have a colony of house sparrows who give me hours of entertainment. Such little comics, and very noisy! As Sarah says, there are lots of threads about sparrows and you can find these if you use the search facility on the top right of the page, or by searching the tags.
Cheers, Linda.

Oh, cool and thanks for telling me about that tag thing.
Hi,
I too have a colony of House Sparrows. Somewhere in the region of 30+, they're hard to count as they don't keep still long enough!
I was in work early today and just after 7am 'my' colony were chirping and chattering. It was lovely to hear :o)
I took some pics of my sparrows in the hedge earlier today and got the shock of my life when I downloaded this one - I didn't know they had two heads!!! LOL

Sparrow, we've told you before about putting uranium in your feeders...

Sparrow, I think this is one for Buzzard to ID.
That's a great photo of a Double-headed Conifer Accentor Sparrow!!!!!!!
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
A Uranium filled double headed conifer accentor - I should have saved that for April 1st. LOL ...
