Hope you all had good results . I left it until about 3 o'clock because the long tailed tit family never appear before then and they obliged at just before 4 o'clock , the usual 6 of them . Apart from that all the usual suspects appeared apart from the great tits . I had 13 wood pigeons in the garden during the week but the best I managed today was 3.

I think you're right there. Judging by some others though I got a reasonable turn out from the regulars .The weather up here is pretty woeful now with wind and rain, last week there was a lot more activity though the fat balls were more like cricket balls ! I took to microwaving them for a minute and throwing them about the garden , I was going to thaw them out with a portable hair drier , I won't tell you what the wife said !!
