This year, for Birdwatch, due to the weather, we have had more birds to our small, surburban garden.
These included ( identified by my keen birdwatcher cousin) a fieldfare.
Lots of gulls too, come inland (50 miles from the sea, in the fens , here)

I think the fieldfare has turned in gardens across the UK during the bad weather, a real treat!
