Definitely a Song Thrush and as Bob points out they are struggling to get their natural source of food in the snow. We've had one around for quite some time but four have appeared over the last few days. I've been putting out extra supplies of sunflower hearts, peanut butter sandwiches and suet pellets which they seem to be enjoying as a substitute. In a way I hope all four will still be around for the Big Garden Birdwatch, yet in another way I hope they aren't as it means they have become independent again!

I agree definitely a Song Thrush, I had two of them in my garden this morning, I have been putting a good quality mixed seed on the ground under the feeders each day for the blackbirds and other ground feeders and they were joining in.
