I have lived in my house for over 50 years and this is the first time I have a visit from the Fieldfare family.
about 10 or so have been feeding on fallen apples in mine and nextdoor garden.
The competition between them and the Blackbirds is a sight to see.
I live about four miles north of Wakefield in West Yorkshire, is this usual to see them in this area.
Welcome to the forum from me on the other side of the hills in Lancashire.
They haven't turned up in my garden yet. Sob.
Cheers, Linda.
