We had a busy hour today with 18 species seen in total. Our garden has a range of habitat with some nice tall sheltering trees next door. We put out lots of food to attract different birds into the garden. Some of the best were 6 siskins, 2 tree sparrows, redpoll and our usual goldfinches (which are fewer this year because of the milder weather we suspect) and a mistle thrush.
18 Species not bad for 1 hour work Francis :) Only recorded 10 here. Best was my 1st Dunnock :)
