Not a huge number of birds today but quality made up for quantity. Treated to two male and two female blackbirds engaging in "turf wars" for nearly half an hour - so busy watching their interaction almost forgot about anything other visitors.
Plenty of house sparrows in surrounding trees but not many at the bird tables this morning.

Good to hear that you had a busy birdwatch, territorial battles, nestbox investigating and singing seem to be the norm for this years birdwatch! It seems like our efforts to help them with supplementary food are being ignored as they have other things on their mind already!!!
