It's like Heathrow Airport in our garden - The Greater Spotted Woodpecker being the jumbo jet of them all. He is magnificent!
Lucky you - I usually watch the birds whilst cooking lunch, but doing the special set-time watch a little earlier meant that most of my regular friends didn't show up - no sign of the wren or bluetits or goldfinches at all - but at least my friend the robin popped by. The robin often sits on the garden pole outside the kitchen window and watches me doing the cooking!!
