I just had the pleasure of seeing at least 6 LTTs in my garden for the first time this year. I watched them flit around, examine all the food sources, and then move on (sob!). :-( Who knows, they may wake up in the morning and say "hey, let's go back to Apple's and get on her BGBW list!" I'd love that. :-D What's everyone else hoping for?

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

I have a Wren that definitely lives either in or close to my garden and a Sparrowhawk has visited at least twice that I know of , I'd like these two to put in an appearance on the big day. I'm confident the rest of my regulars will be here.

If I see a wren or a sparrowhawk in my garden then that's where I will start my hour from.
Best wishes Chris

Hahaha
Good tip. I'll remember that one.
I'm hoping for my Nuthatches, GSW and my lonely little God Finch. To be honest any of my normal visitors will be nice.
Gold Finch even!!
I'm hoping for all my old crew to return ,have hung out all my feeders and fat-ball holders tonight in readiness ,after two weeks not feeding as I had a few ill birds on the patch, so I took everyone of the feeders down and washed and disinfected every where scrubbed the water drinks and birdbaths.
So if I get a few all in good health visiting I will be well pleased
Regards Mick
Work is for those people that don't Bird-watch!!!!
I'm hoping for Bullfinch.
Had LOADS the last few weeks then just in time for the big count I've had ZERO!
Just going to put another hour in.
Hope they come back tomorrow.
