has anybody fed the kites in thier garden, i have,it's fantastic the wing span is incredible.We throw out bits of bacon and chunks of chicken,you have to sit away from the window so they don't see you.

ever hopefull in watching with hubby

    • No, but I have seen a few in the sky near me. the birds in my garden are becoming a wider variety since I have started to feed them, progressively a wider variety and larger this year a pheasant has started to visit, living in hope of a landing

    We live on a narrow boat, and seen a lot of red kites flying over head, not been lucky yet to see one land on the ground.
