Blue tits strange nest

Blue tits nested in 12” high upright terracotta jug.  Neck is about 3” wide with wider base.  Parents feeding.  I’m just wondering how they with fledge - having effectively to be able to fly up and out the jug.  Should be leave alone or put jug on it’s side at some point?

    Hi, advice is always leave well alone, the parents know best, if they have nested there they feel comfortable with it, they are obviously able to get in and it to feed the young, so I am pretty sure the young ones will be able to fledge when the time comes. We all want to sometimes help but it can be the wrong thing to do and the last thing you would would want is for the young ones to be abandoned. Keep us posted regards the outcome.
