Yet again I've had a goldcrest hit my living room window and knocked itself silly, we do cat rescue, so dashed out to save 'lunch'!! What a privilege to handle such a beautiful and delicate creature, I'm sure it understood me as I tried to reassure it!! We have an American style mail box, perfect for recovering birds, so I put it in there, it's flown this evening.
