Identification white strip on inside of wing possibly?

Sounds like the actions of a Sparrowhawk Betty but can't recognise one from your pic! I'm no expert but your post will be bumped up for the attention of others!

It's an interesting photo and as Wendy says, the actions sound like a Sparrowhawk but the bird looks more like a Peregrine but thought they usually catch in mid-air and take back to the nesting site ! We definitely need an expert to ID this bird of prey,
