Hi Luisa, I have found this, it's a family site. http://www.magicalkingdom.co.uk/chat.htm
Not specifically about bird watching but for kids/families to make friends with others alike around the world.

Hi Luisa and welcome to the forums :o)
I think its brilliant that you are getting your children involved in birds and wildlife, the next generations have to know and learn to love and respect our wildlife :o)
Look forward to seeing some of your photos.
Only joined yesterday and just wanted to say thank you for the E-mails (in triplicate Lol) welcoming me to the site. So glad we can share this common interest and the joy that these little critters can bring into our lives. Not until I started taking photographs and studying the habits of our feathered friend that I realized how I had tended to overlook the beauty of wildlife since the days of my childhood. But I'm making up for it now.

That's good to hear Snaphappy, there's a lot going on outside your window isn't there :o)
Glad you're feeling at home and settled :o)
