It's a leucistic blackbird.
Is it rare?
Fairly. Happens to all sorts of birds. Usually there are only white patches. All white is much rarer.
Hey Cris, looks to have pink eyes on my screen,, wouldn't that make it Albino?

Yes, it would be an albino if it has pink eyes. As I understand it this is rarer than leucism.
Agree albino, can see the pink eyes when I brighten the pic plus it has the extremely pale beak & feet!
