Hello. Another peacock story

I do have concerns. A lovely peacock has been here for ten days now. He has been flying from garage roof to garage roof etc. I have read other posts on the forum and it appears there is very little I can do.  Basically all I have been advised to do is either gather a few neighbours together and try to capture the bird and then drive it to somewhere with fields (RSPCA advice), or do  'nothing'.  I have contacted, local farms, local attractions who have peacocks and they have neither lost a peacock or won't accept a peacock.  .  I am aware they are quite resilient but I live in a built up area on a very busy road, also with a family of foxes.  I feel responsible and I should not feel this.  Some people view these birds as pests because they can be noisy and I'm afraid they could do something horrible to him.  Any new advice would be really welcome.  Thank you.
