Hello, there is a pigeon that has been sitting on a bench next to my garage for the last 8 hours at least, possibly longer in the pouring rain. No sign of injury/distress at all and when I went close enough it did fly away onto the floor but then soon returned back to the bench. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help it?
