I have blue tits nesting (with chicks) in a box high up on my house. A starling keeps sitting on the box. The chicks screeching out in distress but the Starling always has food in its mouth. It is like the Starling is trying to feed the chicks? Is this normal behaviour? Luckily the new blue tit parents are still coming back to feed the chicks.
