This is the only site I have come across where photos can be uploaded into posts and automatically re-sized by the site directly from my p.c. All others I use/have used, allow that for an avatar but to insert into my post either I have to resize, then upload to my own web space, then type in a "string" link, or I have to use something grievously slow like Photobucket. This site does away with all that hassle so well done from me for making photo insertion easy!

I agree with Squirrel, that it is good not having to resize the photos (via Tinypic) to insert into the RSPB Forum
