Could someone explain why I get Adware win32 price gong and what is it.? I hopefully have deleted it,but I have been cleaning the PC as required. Is it safe or not?

As far as I can see, this should be "safe" in that it does not appear to harm your computer, but it is something that you don't really want installed!
What it seems to do is monitor the search terms that you enter, and then try and direct you to sites selling goods relating to these searches. I would guess that the site receives some sort of small payment every time someone makes a purchase, or clicks on the pop up window to view the offers (the site selling the goods will make these payments, not the person making the purchase or browsing). This is the way price comparison websites make their money.
Probably more of an annoyance than a safety risk, but definitely best removed just in case!
