This is off a previous posting I done, hope it helps.

Open up the page you want to post your video on and write in any description of what it is about in first (you can do it last if you prefer) click on the little green film strip which says insert video this will open an insert video box.

Open a second window/tab and log into youtube, click play on the video you want to post a link to, right click on the playing video and it will show copy video url.

Click back to the forum posting and paste this link/url into the box you opened previously and then click insert, this should do the job, once you have finished simply post as normal.

There might well be an even quicker way of doing this, but this works for me as I'm a bit of a technophobe

I want to upload a video clip from my PC, but when I click the green film strip icon, I only see options for YouTube or a URL, nothing to let me upload my own video.  What's the procedure for uploading my own stuff?
