i hope i am doing this correctly as i have literaly just joined. am interested in bullfinches, have many different birds in my garden all the time which i love watching. i read in bird books that you rarely see bullfinches but our pair are out there about 8 or 9ft from the window, in fact he seems to sit @ say hello. he sits in the feeder for ages @ has a good long feed. they really brighten up my day, as do all the other birds of course. glad to meet you all, i am in devon. bye for now katara

Hi Katara, and welcome. Bullfinches are such lovely birds. I haven't had one in the garden yet, but I'm still hoping. I have seen them in the local area, so maybe one'll drop by soon.
