How can I find a blog which has dropped off the home page?

I posted a comment on a blog this morning. A box popped up containing something to the effect that the comment would not appear immediately as it required to be moderated. I then clicked onto the home page and went off to do other things. Now I can't find the blog on which I posted the comment, nor is the comment showing on my activities.

I have been into TJ's map, but there appears to be no logical way of finding the blog - it was one of Martin Harper's - I suppose I am missing something simple?

  • It's quite weird, doggie, I still can't find any trace of the blog or my comment. It was about "folk" superstitions - Friday 13th and magpies etc

  • That's it. Thanks. I usually read the blogs but have never commented before. Can I take it that once a blog falls off the home page the only way of accessing it again is by searching via the search box?

  • Yes, doggie. At the mo that seems to be the way to do it. The blog I was referring to does contain a useful link regarding commenting on blogs but the link you provided above now won't open again and so I can't refer back to it. Think I'll just continue to read the blogs for the time being.

  • Hi I think it is very interesting how folklore has made a big impact on our lives over the years, some of the things are quite bizare, but I think both scottish and irish folklore are the best as most of the things in them were followed very faithfully. alan
