Not sure what is going on but I've received over 200 emails this afternoon from the forum
I don't know which is worst - 3 days off or over 200 emails to read (just in case)

You might need to edit your profile page, but on the other hand I wished they had changed the send email messages button for posts and replies to be default off rather than default on like it was before.
I haven't received any emails at all. On my profile page I have the first line for emails unchecked and all of the others checked

Your suggestion about disabling the emails on the edit profile page would be quite correct - if it worked, which it doesn't!!!!
It worked for me. I unchecked the first line yesterday

Well it hasn't worked for me! The ticks keep coming back again.

Still receiving emails - it obviously didn't work :-(
Just checked my profile and despite me unchecking the tick boxes they have reinstated themself. This would suggest the save button doesn't do what it says on the tin :-(

I've unchecked all the boxes and pressed save as well and i'm still getting lots and lots of emails sent to me. So it seems not to be working, when you try to stop the emails.
