Hi, I need some advice. My email address has to change because my provider is closing down. I have registered the new address with the shop but I can't change the address on the Forum apparently, because it is my login name. I am registered with several sites which use my email address as my username, and this is the first problem I have had. How do I change my email address and, therefore, login name, please?

Changing your email address can't be done online but you can do it by phone. I've extracted this from the Profile page.
"If you would like to change any contact details we hold for you (eg home address, e-mail address, telephone number) please call our Membership Services team on 01767 693680."

What a relief. I've changed servers and am amazed at the no. of my favourites that do not have clear information on changing profiles; RSPB being one of the most puzzling.
