Snowy Owl

I recently visited Harewood House,Bird Garden.Found it depressing.The Snowy Owl in particular looked distressed.I read with interest your reply to someone else about only having to provide the birds with room to stretch their wings.This seems totally inadequate for such a magnificent bird.
