Posting Pics

I have just had a look at the galleries here and wanted to post some of my own pics. However, I seem unable to do so. When I select the new photo option, there is no upload window or options displayed. I suspect that this may be a Mac problem and wondered if any others had a solution. I am using MacOSX 10.10.2
