Got to agree with Mick this is not the easiest forum to "post " on I have used spent about an hour flicking between "blogs","forums" etc etc and no "obvious " way to post !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will surf a bit more and see . The only way I have got on is by "replying" and as for the help link well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Right whinge over can anybody tell me if the Satellite tracking is still active for Nethy ? Is she OK ? Has she come home ?

              The "reply" button was not there before !!!

              Now something equally important.....How do I stop e.mails coming in every time someone replies ?

                I can't be doing with that...every time I go into mail there are messages....I want to look at the forum to see what's going on.....Please don't think I don't appreciate your help....I do very much.....thank you all again.

Nethy went missing in action in Guinea Bissau in March. They are not sure what happened but her satellite stopped moving - we are all hoping it became detached somehow and Nethy will reappear in scotland in 2011. Here's hoping

Don't know if anyone else has replied yet - if you go to your own page (click on "my page", then click on edit profile.  On the page where you filled in all your info there is a yes/no  button for "receive notifications" (orsomething like that).  Make sure you have clicked on "no"!

Hello yet again everyone

       Never known anything like this before !!...I've beenh trying to post for ages.

        I arrived here in such a roundabout route,I don't remember it now !!

       Tank you,Margo for your help....but where is "my own"page ?....haven't seen it yet....and as for trying "blogs"...nothing happens,

       I will try to post this,and if it doesn't work....I give up !!

I'm still in the same boat as you, think it will take me awhile to master things. But can give you info on Nethy-  although not when it was without a search - her sat tag stopped responding mnths ago around The Gambia I think, and she had either died or hopefully the tag had somehow come off. Many people are hoping like me it was the latter and we will see her back and rearing a family of her own. She was such a tough and canny bird we must just keep our fingers that she survived.
