Nesting robins

Hi, I had some Robins start to nest in one of my cupboards in the garden. That was about 2 weeks ago now, I’ve not seen them go into the cupboard for the last 2-days. I was wondering whether or not they've finished nesting and it's ok to use the cupboard now and move the nest Confused

    I would say you can't do anything with the cupboard until the end of the summer, but I don't know the full intricacies of the nesting laws, other than it's an offence to interfere with in any way an active nest. I don't know the definition of "active" in law. Others will have more knowledge than me
