Now we have reached the end of the year and our last good egg post award for 2012. Thank you to everyone who has supported and nurtured the community this year. Absolutely spot on! That was a seriously good post and I'm so pleased it's been singled out.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

Many, many thanks everyone! It's very much appreciated as is your support of my trip reports, even if I do ramble on a bit!
I'm off out today to celebrate, watching Harlequins in the European Cup! I'll be celebrating if we win and commiserating if we lose so it looks like Sunday is a write-off!
