As a new user of today may I be so bold as to try and help you out here as I have this evening discovered the wonders of uploading pictures for myself and if i can impart that knowledge to you it will all have been worthwhile.....
Assuming we are talking about adding photos to a post , you will find in the panel where you enter your text a row of icons at the top under the word 'Description'.
On the right hand end of that row of icons is one that looks like a 2Frame segment of Cinefilm .coloured green.
If you hover over that with your mouse you will see the words "Insert Media"
Click that green icon and a box will appear that looks like this :
Upload media Select and upload media from your computer that you would like to use. Click browse to select an file from your computer.
Click the Browse button and another window will open with the title "Choose file to upload" and listing all your files on your computer. You then will have to find the "My Pictures" folder and double click that to open it and then choose whichever jpeg photo file you want to upload, highlight it by clicking on it and then click the 'OPEN' button and the filename will appear in the box shown above on the grey line. Then click the 'Insert' button and hey presto the photo will appear in your message box along with the text you have written. All you have to do then is click the Post button at bottom left hand corner and it will be uploaded for you to view on the chosen Forum.I hope this helps and good luck
Ah problem , the copy and paste of the box I took did not take to being transmitted very well and has mutated somewhat.
Will have to type it out Box will look like this:
Upload media
Select and upload media from your computer that you would like to use.
' GREY OBLONG BOX HERE' BUTTON : Browse
In red you will see: Click browse to select a file from your computer that you would like to use
Then 2 buttons: Insert and Cancel
