There are baby seagulls falling through the roof somehow and going into the industrial ovens. The factory workers are aware of this but nothing is being done about it and I want to know what relevant parties outside of the factory I can report this to as I think it's just a case of fitting a cover over. I believe it would be a bit like a chimney?
