not sure if the vid will play? will delete if it doesnt.
this BT has been flying up and down like this for 4 days now and approx 80 times a day.
I had blue tits for the first time nesting in the wall vent to the left of the window last year and have seen them go into the vent this year, is it connected to the birds behaviour?
many thanks
Video has downloaded but cannot start it ... usually footage is uploaded to Youtube so as to get URL to post on here!

Looks very much as if it can see it's reflection in your windows and wearing itself out by 'seeing off' what it thinks is a rival ... can you close the curtains?
It still does it as much when the curtains are closed, I've tried all sorts but it still keeps doing it?? it's wasting a lot of energy
Maybe try a cutout of a bird of prey ... seriously, can you screw up some clingfilm so its creased and stick that to the window, will help to distort the image BT sees!
great idea! I'll let you know
the cling film worked a little but not really good enough I have hung an old brown fleece out of window and so far so good!
Very inventive, trust it does the job long enough to deter BT!
