I have a regular Magpie that I am concerned about. All feathers on chest are missing. It seems to be ok and is eating drinking and flying well. Any ideas?

Gorgeous bird. Used to be a frequent visitor in our North Yorkshire garden when we had a large pear tree providing cover. We had to take the tree out because it was undermining a building. Now we don't see bullfinches :-(
