I had a pair of Blackbirds living in my garden in a large busy tree I have! They have had 4 broods , 9 babies.They have all grown up and left except for one who still pops for live mealworms! The pair ( Betty and Brian) have been together sitting in a Bush since their last brood was born and left which was end of july! But now I haven't seen Betty for 2 days, she has disappeared from our garden,Brian is still here! I ask if the couple go their seperate ways in Autumn winter and return next spring or do they usually stay together? I am very worried about Betty that something has happened to her as she has never disappeared for this long!!
