Red Kite?

Just managed to grab a photo of this as it flew over the house - is it a juvenile red kite? The tail isn't very forked compared to others I have seen. Thanks for helping!

    We have just spent an hour or so this afternoon watching a bird like this. It was with parents from a nest we have been watching. The youngster had a bit of a light grey wash on its upper wings and looked as though it was getting a hunting lesson
