We've got a Robin nesting in our garden and she's been sitting on her eggs for nearly three weeks. I've read that the eggs usually hatch after 13-15 days. Are the eggs likely to be non-viable by now?
Hi PTP
Some eggs do never hatch because they were unfertilised, but just to give you some hope, I have a Blackbird who sat on her eggs for 19 days before they hatched and she now has a lovely 3-some of babies.
I hope yours hatch soon.
