When out bird watching i came across this rabbit then i looked across the field to see another one. Are they leucistic or domestic?

They could be either, or a domestic-wild hybrid. There is no real way of telling which it could be though.

Think a wild- hybrid cross most likely as several black colony's wild in various places in the country,mostly I think mixed in with local wild rabbits.
