For the last week we have had a Great Tit flitting up and down our bedroom window whilst we have been having a cup of tea.It flies up to the window, flying up and down and then across, sometimes perching on the frame and pecking the window. It then flies away and comes back sometimes up to 8-9 times. It usually gives a few cheeps just as though it is asking us to come out to play!
Does anyone have any answers?
Hello Jim. I would say it is the old problem of it being able to see it's own reflection in your window and it thinks it is another bird. Try putting something on the window to stop the reeflection. There is a thread on 'here' which covers this subject. I will try and find it.

Hello again Jim, you may find this of interest.
The bird is seeing it's reflection and thinks it is a rival. Its a great excuse not to clean your windows !!!!
