Hi all,
Here i've taken some photos of one of the peregrines that I manage to see yesterday (15/04/2022). The photos were taken around 11:30am and show the peregrine eating, so be careful if viewing if you're squeamish (;O_o). I'm not sure what prey the peregrine has caught here, maybe someone on forum will know.
Hope you all have a nice Easter holiday.
Kind regards,
Barry
Here are a few pictures taken on a rainy 1st of May 2022 of one of the Peregrines sheltering.
Hi again,
Here are some more photos from the following day (May 2nd 2022) of a Peregrine on post and around what seems to be their nesting area. I heard a lot of "eeechup" noises when the peregrine landed there. Also I'm not certain but on last photo it looks like one is carrying away a piece of food :D
Two eyeases visible!!!They must've nested in the old nest tray.
Nick Dixon tells me that he has seen three chicks on the nest tray but no decent pics ... looks like three in above pics?
