NEST CAM
LEDGE CAM
.
As announced by IAN in the 2019 thread:
First egg of the season:
IMAGICAT
WendyBartter said:It could be something to do with the stones blocking off the near top corner?
I imagined that the idea was to prevent Diamond from laying her eggs too close for the cam to see them and the chicks.
One of the little babes is still looking rather moribund up to 09:30.
Both eyases still "active":
G'night chaps.

I'm working my way thru today's footage while this thread is open, so comments made will not account for later events, if you see what I mean.
Honouring Xavier, the impression is that he's making a lot of "wasted" journeys :-*
(He froze for several frames at this point, the next scene he was crouched on the sill.)
I've not been commenting on the weaker eyas, just showing you. I think there's a slight improvement from midday to mid-afternoon:
Now going to do NestCam2, which I should have done in the first place - if only it had sound :(
NestCam2 catchup for the 6th
The weaker eyas didn't get fed. I've tagged a pip in #3 on the end, that was 19:30.
Chat has died off for the night, presumably. I asked what "duckling" that might have been but no answer.
"Is it a pip or something stuck on egg?"
