I was on it, Wendy, but had to take a meal break.

Latest view - is there a second pip? It wouldn't be surprising.

Chick still trying to break out & looks like a substantial pip in another egg!
Not a very clear pic Scylla but yes, saw pip around 09.28 their time!

I popped to Chat but couldn't see much sense among the multi-greetings etc. I got the impression there'd been a hatch but during the hour from 10:38 onwards it looked to me that #1 still hasn't quite made it out of the shell - but @ 11:34 there still hadn't been a really good view.
Yippee, one practically there & second looking good ... thanks Scylla, been a long haul, I can go to sleep now!
Both eyases are now "out", still mostly wet and helpless, of course. Here are glimpses in the very early stages:
We haven't been able to see a feed because Diamond shields the eyases, we only see her back. Here are a couple of bits from the afternoon and evening.
Dear Xavier's offering was rejected again, but later breakfast was served. I don't remember Diamond getting in our way so often in the past - but I've never been reliable with this nest.
