This lovely raven pair have set up home at a Byko store in Selfoss, Iceland! Aren't they beautiful?
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
One has made it up to Mom's perch. They are so beautiful in the late afternoon sun.

Someone was down on the light in the lower right now flown to the building edge. Mom had been perched in her corner previously, so it might be her. But I don't see the fifth ravenet at the moment...
Oh, it was Mom---she just flew back to the ledge perch, and is calmly roosting there.
Still not seeing the fifth ravenet, though I did see a flyby when Mom was sitting on the building edge.
Well, I only saw it come back, I must have just missed it leaving. A real treat to watch anyway. I found your observations very helpful by the way.
There are some kids messing about below. They don't seem to mean any harm thankfully.
Only four pink mouths available for a meal. :-/

Mom's back in her perch cubby. No sign of the fifth, unless it has tucked itself away on the near ledge out of sight...
I saw one ravenet pulling a burr-like ball out of the nest and then stashing it only to retrieve it and stash it in another crevice. Kind of like playing. But that is what adults will do with bits of food to cache away so other ravens do not find it.
